Boo Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups cold milk
  • 2 packages (4-servings size each) JELL-O chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
  • 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 20 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, divided
  • 30 miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Other needed Tools

  • 15 (6-ounce) paper or plastic cups

Directions

  1. Pour milk into large bowl and add the dry pudding mixes. Beat with whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended
  • 3 ½ cups cold milk
  • 2 packages JELL-O chocolate flavor pudding mix
  1. Gently stir in half of the Cool Whip and cookie crumbs
  • ½ tub (4 ounces) Cool Whip
  • 10 Oreos crushed
  1. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the remaining Oreo crumbs into each of the 15 (6-ounce) paper or plastic cups
  2. Cover the crumbs evenly with layers of the pudding mixture and remaining cookie crumbs
  3. Drop remaining Cool Whip topping by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts
  4. Add chocolate chips for the eyes
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve

Notes

Instead of dropping spoonfuls of Cool Whip use a resealable plastic bag to make the ghosts like a pipping bag. This will allow you to squeeze out topping to resemble the ghosts

Cover and store leftover desserts in the refrigerator
