Buffalo roasted chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • 15oz canned garbanzo beans/chickpeas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ᵒF
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Drain and rinse garbanzo beans
  4. Pat dry with a towel
  5. Spread garbanzo beans onto baking sheet
  6. In a small sauce pan over medium-low heat, melt vegan butter
  7. Add hot sauce and stir until combined
  8. Pour hot sauce mixture over the beans
  9. Toss to coat evenly
  10. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes, until browned
