Bun Bars

Ingredients

-12-ounce chocolate chips

  • 12-ounce butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 sticks butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 pound bag of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanuts

Directions

  1. Melt together the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter
  • 12-ounce chocolate chips
  • 12-ounce butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  1. Spread ½ chocolate mixture in the bottom of an 11x17 inch pan
  2. Melt together butter and vanilla pudding.
  • 2 sticks butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla pudding
  1. Boil this for 1 minute, then mix in vanilla extract, evaporated milk and powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 2 pound bag of powdered sugar
  1. Spread this mixture over the chocolate layer
  2. Sprinkle 1 cup of peanuts evenly over the bars and press them into the white layer
  3. Finish by covering 2nd layer with remaining chocolate layer
