Ingredients
-12-ounce chocolate chips
- 12-ounce butterscotch chips
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 sticks butter
- ¼ cup vanilla pudding (not instant)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 2 pound bag of powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanuts
Directions
- Melt together the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter
- 12-ounce chocolate chips
- 12-ounce butterscotch chips
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- Spread ½ chocolate mixture in the bottom of an 11x17 inch pan
- Melt together butter and vanilla pudding.
- 2 sticks butter
- ¼ cup vanilla pudding
- Boil this for 1 minute, then mix in vanilla extract, evaporated milk and powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 2 pound bag of powdered sugar
- Spread this mixture over the chocolate layer
- Sprinkle 1 cup of peanuts evenly over the bars and press them into the white layer
- Finish by covering 2nd layer with remaining chocolate layer
