Ingredients
- 3 squares Baker’s semisweet baking chocolate, melted
- ¼ cup canned sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Oreo pie crust (6 ounces)
- ½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 packages (4-servings size each) JELL-O chocolate flavor instant pudding & pie filling
- 1 tub (8 ounces) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
Directions
- Mix chocolate and condensed milk until well blended
- 3 squares semisweet baking chocolate
- ¼ cup canned sweetened condensed milk
- Pour chocolate mix into crust then sprinkle with pecans
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- Pour milk into large bowl and add dry pudding mixes and beat with whisk for 2 minutes, or until well blended
- 2 cup cold milk
- 2 packages pudding
- Spoon 1 ½ cups of the pudding over the pecans in the crust
- Add half of the whipped topping to remaining pudding and stir with whisk until well blended.
- Spread the mix over the pudding layer in crust
- Top pie with remaining Cool Whip topping
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
How to Toast Nuts
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Spread pecans in a single layer in a shallow baking pan
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally
