Rocky Road Fudge Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme

Other needed Tools

  • 12 plastic cups (3 ounces each)
  • 12 popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine pudding mix and milk
    • 1 package pudding mix
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
  2. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 to 7 1/2 minutes or until bubbly and slightly thickened, stirring every 2 minutes
  3. Cool for 20 minutes, stirring several times
  4. Meanwhile combine peanuts and chocolate chips
    • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  5. Place about 2 tablespoons of peanut and chocolate chip mixture in each plastic cup
  6. Stir marshmallow creme into pudding
    • 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
  7. Spoon pudding marshmallow mixture into the cups
  8. Insert popsicle sticks and freze

Notes

  1. To remove pops from cups, place bottoms of cups under warm running water for 15 seconds. Press firmly on bottoms of cups to release pops. DO NOT twist or pull popsicle sticks as they will come out!
