Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup water
- 2 loosely packed cups of fresh spinach
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F
- Wash the spinach and put in a blender with the water and blend until smooth

- Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and sesame seeds
- 1 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- Once mixed add in the spinach/water mixture and olive oil and mix until you create a dough. If the dough seems to sticky add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Flour a baking mat and roll the dough out evenly until thin
- Cut lengthwise and widthwise with a pizza cutter the size you would like your crackers
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until they crispy
