Ingredients
- 12 oz jumbo shell pasta
- 2 eggs
- 32 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 26 oz prepared spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 9x13 inch baking pan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Bring large pot of water to boil and add shells. Cook shells until al dente (about 12 minutes)
- Drain noodles in a colander
- Meanwhile, 2 eggs in a bowl lightly.
- Add the following to the bowl with eggs and stir until combined:
- ricotta cheese (32 oz)
- parmesan cheese (1 cup)
- italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
- Spoon some of the filling created in the last step into each cooked pasta shell. Add the shells in a single layer to the baking pan
- Spread spaghetti sauce over the shells
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the shells
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown
